This unit is already board approved.

You now have the opportunity to search approximately 20,000 exclusive listings, representing the entire database of residential listings available through the membership of the Real Estate Board of New York (REBNY).

These are the most accurate listings you can find in NY because they come from the brokers themselves; there is no bait and switch, no duplicates, and no opens; and are updated every hour. These listing show all photos, floor plans, building info (such as maintenance & tax deductibility), and other information pertinent to a co-op purchase.

You should contact the listing agent to get that type of information.

Hi, Susan.
This unit in the Nevada Towers is spoken for. It has an accepted offer, a signed contract, and the buyers have been approved by the board. That is the problem with Trulia and other consumer real estate websites; they often have incorrect or outdated information. I would strongly suggest you work with a skilled, experienced agent. We use the agent database, can streamline your search, negotiate on your behalf and take you through all the steps of buying, trouble-shooting along the way.
As mentioned below, most of us at the major real estate firms are able to give you window into our REBNY (Real Estate Board of NY) listing system which give you real-ime listings. That portal is in the last line of my signature below. But there is much more to a succesful buyer transaction than looking at listings yourself. Your agent will bring experience that is invaluable to your transaction, saving you lots of money, time and headaches.
